Why we started Advantology

After years working across 14 industries in 5 countries, we kept seeing the same problem: brands were either running their affiliate programmes badly in-house, or handing them to large agencies who treated them as a small account. Neither worked.

The big agencies are good — if you’re a £100m brand with a £50k annual fee budget. But if you’re an ambitious UK business with £1m–£50m in revenue, you need something different. You need a specialist who knows Impact inside out, treats your programme like it matters, and gives you straight answers instead of slide decks.

That’s why Advantology exists.

Fraser Harper — Founder

Fraser has worked across 14 industries in 5 countries — UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Netherlands, and Israel. He’s built and scaled businesses in eCommerce, logistics, technology, and marketing, giving him a rare commercial perspective that most agency founders simply don’t have.

He knows what it’s like to be the client — frustrated with vague agencies, chasing updates, and not being sure if the programme is actually working. Advantology is built around how he wished agencies had operated when he was on the other side of the table.
